Step 1 Understanding Your Small Business Web Site Needs

Final payment must be made to AQ Websites prior to the website going live.

Extended Service Guarantee
AQ Websites, Inc. agrees to provide website maintenance services free for the first 30 days from the website completion date. This will allow ample time for the Client to work with the new website and identify any adjustments that may need to be made.  After the 30 days the client can choose to participate in AQ Websites website maintenance program.

Step 6  Website Maintenance Services Affordable Web Site Maintenance 

Additional Website Maintenance Services, Marketing Services and Client Training
AQ Websites recommends that the Client pre-purchase 12 hours of website maintenance and training time at a cost of $1,200 for 12 hours of service. This program is optional but highly recommended to make certain that the Client has all the support necessary to maintain a successful website and on line presence. The 12 hours of maintenance & training service time can be used for website updates, changes and additions as well as time for training the Client on how to use the website management system.  The 12 hours can be used at anytime and they will not expire. The 12 hours do not start until the expiration of the 30 day Extended Service Agreement. At the completion of the 12 hours the Client will have the option to purchase 12 additional hours at a cost of $1,200.  AQ Websites hourly rate is normally $150.00/hour.
