1.  It all starts with a website consultation to discuss your website design & search engine marketing needs, requirements, goals and objectives. This can mean a face to face meeting, a scheduled phone conversation or you can complete our website questionnaire . All three methods will enable us to obtain enough details about the scope of the project to quote you and accurate affordable web design and search engine marketing quote.
   
   
2. After understanding the details of your website project, AQ Websites will prepare a written website design and search engine marketing proposal that will outline the website design, web development, web hosting, search engine optimization services and website maintenance services and the cost associated with these services.
   
   
3. Upon mutual agreement of the website proposal, both parties will sign the agreement and retain a copy for their records.
   
   
4. 60% Deposit Upon signing agreement
   
   
5. 20% Payment once the Website Design is completed and agreed upon by the Client and AQ Websites.
   
   
6. 20% Final Payment at the agreed upon website completion and prior to going live with the website. This is when both AQ Websites and the Client agree that the website is complete and ready to be launched.
   
   
7. 30 days Free Service AQ Websites will continue to work with the Client for 30 days after the go live date in order to make any and all adjustments to the existing website.
