AQ Websites website development process involves transforming the custom web design into a functioning html website. This includes building all of the individual website pages and adding all of the specific content, pictures, forms, testimonials and links. The Client is responsible for providing the actual page content and photos that will be used on each individual website page.
Please ask us if you need help writing content for your website. The Web Development phase usually takes 2 to 6 weeks and really depends on how quickly the Client provides the information to be displayed on each page.
Every website has to be hosted by someone and AQ Websites has chosen to partner with a leading website technology company that offers affordable hosting as well as a user friendly website content management system referred to as (CMS). The CMS system allows a user to make changes to the entire website one page at a time without needed to know HTML code. By using this system AQ Websites can empower business owners to manage and control their websites in order to keep their content and information up to date. If you are not sure if you will be able to make your own changes, don’t worry because we will teach you how to make changes to your website.
Email service is provided by the hosting company at no additional cost. AQ Websites will assist the Client in maintaining their existing email service or in establishing a new email service utilize the Clients domain name such as robert@AQWebsites.com
Webmail and POP3 Email service is provided by MA WebCenters at no additional cost. AQM recommends establishing Google Apps Business Email. This will give you the ability to use GMAIL as your business email for example email@example.com. This service cost $50/yr per email user
The website content management system includes a full ecommerce platform to accept credit cards for your produce or services and it is fully secure. This proposal does not include setting up ecommerce functionality but it is something we could add at a later date for a reasonable cost to setup.
